By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of this website.
1. Use of the Website
This website is provided for the purpose of viewing Greg Roux’s photography portfolio, booking photo sessions, purchasing prints or digital downloads, and requesting quotes or services. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might damage, disable, or impair it.
2. Copyright & Image Usage
All photographs and content on this website are the intellectual property of Greg Roux Photography and are protected under international copyright laws.
You may not copy, screenshot, download, alter, or reproduce any image without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any content will result in legal action.
If you have purchased digital files, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial or editorial use is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
To reserve a session with Gregory Roux Photography, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Final payment is due on or before the scheduled session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment policies, including rescheduling, cancellation, and delivery timelines, will be provided in your client agreement or invoice.
Failure to pay as agreed may result in cancellation of services and/or delay in image delivery.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Due to the time and resources allocated to every shoot, payments are generally non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to Gregory’s availability.
Prints and digital products are final sale. Refunds are only provided if items arrive damaged, and you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage.
5. Client Galleries & Image Storage
Client galleries are hosted online for a limited time—usually 30 days. You are responsible for downloading your files during this window. Extended hosting or re-upload requests may incur a fee.
We do not guarantee long-term storage of files after delivery unless outlined in a specific package or agreement.
6. Third-Party Services
Greg Roux Photography may use third-party tools (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Pixieset, Google Forms) to process payments, bookings, and gallery delivery. These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide exceptional service, Greg Roux Photography shall not be held liable for delays, loss of images, or disruptions caused by equipment failure, weather, illness, acts of God, or any other force majeure event.
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service or product in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
